Q: I’m buying a site at auction. Can you help?
When you’re buying a property at auction time is of the essence. Many auction houses will require you to complete your purchase within 28 calendar days (20 working days) of the auction.
Bridging lenders can often help you complete a purchase quicker than mainstream lenders; however, this will typically mean you pay a higher rate. We work with a wide range of mainstream and bridging lenders who may consider lending to you.
Ultimately, our objective is to ensure that we help you get the right level of funding at a fair rate.
Q: How much can I borrow?
A number of factors will influence the level of funding available. Typically lenders will lend upto 65% of the site value and cost of works; however, for the right project and client we can also get up to 100% funding.
Each project is assessed on it’s own merits so it’s best to speak with one of our experienced lending managers.
Q: Can I borrow money towards the purchase of a property?
Yes, this is definitely possible; however, some lenders may apply restrictions on the amounts they will lend for the purchase.

Whilst having previous experience is a bonus, we can help you get finance even if you’re planning your first project.
